There are treadmill Entrepreneurs, and then there are ladder Entrepreneurs. Some Entrepreneurs are content to trudge along without making much progress, whereas other Entrepreneurs want a ladder. If I can help give ladders to Entrepreneurs to help them get to where they want to go quicker, easier and with less stress, it’s valuable.

I believe any problem in the world can be solved with the right Genius Network. (I also really love GN/100K member Dan Sullivan’s definition of Genius Network: “A Genius Network is an ever expanding system of increasing cooperation and creativity among unique ability achievers.” I bring people together that have Unique Abilities, skills and capabilities – and their mindset is one of achievement.)

Instead of simply looking at what’s wrong and lacking and how to fix it, my approach is to look for what is already great and look for ways to enhance that. If someone needs to be disciplined all the time in order to do something, they probably aren’t doing something that makes them very happy. They probably aren’t doing something that is very aligned – and I only want to align with people that are aligned with me. Those are the best relationships to have.
