Special Meeting
A Special Meeting of the Members of Association for Entrepreneurs USA (the “corporation”) will be held on the 4/10/2024. The special meeting will be held for the following purposes:
- to amend the articles of incorporation to change the purposes of the corporation, and
- to transact such other business as may properly come before the special meeting of the members and any adjournment thereof.
