Special Meeting Notice

A Special Meeting of the Members of Association for Entrepreneurs USA (the “corporation”) will be held on the date/time and at the location shown above/below. The special meeting will be held for the following purposes:

1. to amend the articles of incorporation to change the purposes of the corporation, and
2. to transact such other business as may properly come before the special meeting of the members and any adjournment thereof.
