Think about your product and/or service for a moment. You can create and deliver your product/service in the right way… but you know what’s more powerful and useful? Creating and delivering the right product/service.
It’s not about doing things right; it’s about doing the right thing. It’s not just about working; It’s about winning. If you want to create an E.L.F.® Business (Easy, Lucrative & Fun!), you have to get clear on what you’re doing and be enrolled in it.
People can endure enormous pain (and even enjoy it), as long as they are doing something they really want to do and they believe in it.
You can win any time you’re engaged and believe you CAN win.
Think about this: You may have a very profitable company, financially, but maybe you’re not winning psychologically. Maybe you’re not winning on clarity, cohesiveness, or engagement. If you’re winning at profitability, but not psychologically or on engagement, are you really playing the right game?
When you can wake up everyday and be excited and have fun, without the day feeling like drudgery, you get to play a totally different game.
Business growth is your continual ability to keep swimming against the stream in certain areas, and climb higher mountains… So, climb the right mountain in the right way. And play the right game.
