We live in a culture where people think technology is a substitute for human communication. No software…no CRM…no nothing, will make up for poor communication.
On top of all this, if you take someone suffering from massive decision fatigue and you don’t show up with thinking, decision-making, and effective communication, it doesn’t help the person; It annoys them.
It’s hard enough trying to communicate with one other person; Entrepreneurs have to do it with a team of people. But, ultimately, there are ways you can improve the communication in your company. You got to learn to communicate and get in sync. There’s a lot of work to it, but it’s worth it.
It’s interesting: For some reason people actually think they will show up to a company and there won’t be any problems.
Reality: Problems are continuous.
The people buying from you have problems.
So, everyday, you get up, pursue opportunities and try to eliminate problems.
