Contact your suppliers and inquire about the shipping time frames they will use during the holiday season. Consider what your business will use as well. That way you won’t find yourself with unhappy customers who didn’t receive their orders on time. One final note, make sure you are adequately staffed for the months leading up to the holiday. More than likely things will get a bit hectic, and staff will find themselves busier than ever so you may need to hire some temporary or seasonal workers to help out.
