To add a profile picture, you have to have a free Gravatar account associated with your email address. Go to gravatar.com, sign up using the same email address you used for your AFE account. Gravatar will confirm your address by sending you an email. Once confirmed, you can go to your Gravatar account and select "Add avatar image" from the drop down in the upper right corner (on desktop).
