A lot of people talk about joint venturing, collaborating, and working together. The way they put this into action is interesting.
Many times people unwilling to invest in themselves ask other people to schedule calls to “see how they can work together”. This is often an attempt to pick the other person’s brain… This isn’t a True Collaboration.
A True Collaboration is merging Capabilities with someone else’s Capabilities, creating something greater that could not have existed without the merging. When you do this, two things happen:
- The collaboration creates Results. And…
- More can be done even beyond what was expected of the collaboration if the collaboration continues and is applied in different ways.
This is similar to a Success Recipe… Once you have it down, you can replicate Results.
For example, I love referring people to Strategic Coach®, sometimes even before they join Genius Network®. Why?
Because in most cases they are going to come back a Better Entrepreneur.
And, Strategic Coach refers people to Genius Network too. It’s a cool collaboration because our groups collaboratively help Entrepreneurs AND the Entrepreneurs come back to the groups EVEN BETTER.
When you are collaborating, look for collaborations with Real Equity Value. Collaborate with people and organizations that enhance your Business and Capabilities.
