There’s a saying that goes, “Time Is Money.” Well, no. I’ve never woken up next to an alarm clock and there was a pile of money there.

Relationships Are Money. Money is in relationships. It’s all about how you develop and nurture them. How can you do it? Show up and be as useful as humanly possible.

Show up without an entitlement attitude. Produce more than you consume. Be a Producer; Not a Parasite.

Be a Results Leader instead of a “Thought Leader”. In fact, your ability to develop relationships has everything to do with your ability to produce a RESULT for someone else. Sometimes that result is monetary… or helping someone get in better physical shape… or helping someone play an instrument… or helping someone be a better writer… or making someone laugh, etc. …

You can design the game where you focus on helping other people both win AND get a Result even before you do.  How would you do relationships if you only got paid if you produced a Result in advance? How would you write? How would you talk? Who would you focus your efforts on?

In relationships, ask yourself a question my dear friend (100k/Genius Network Member) and Founder of Strategic Coach, Dan Sullivan, asks: “Who do I want to be a hero to?” This is how relationship building becomes collaborative. When you focus on being a hero to someone, it changes everything.
