When you listen to your Prospects, Clients, and Team Members, you want to be listening for what they say… AND… what they DON’T say. Really great Marketers are SALES DETECTIVES. It’s not the obvious things, but the subtleties under the surface they pay attention to. Remember: Marketing is applied psychology.

Once you enter the conversation your Clients, Prospects and Team Members are having in their head — and you find out what it is they want (and what they DON’T want) – you can better help them get what they want and avoid what they don’t want. When you do this well, people tend to feel satisfied. If you do it REALLY well, people tend to be REALLY happy. And if you do it REALLY, REALLY well, people tend to be LOYAL.

You will make more money and have a better life by learning how to eat well and exercise than almost anything else. This is how you get your brain to work well. If you take care of your brain and body, THAT will take you through life. When you add being a giver, and focusing on helping other people, on top of taking care of your brain and body, you can get almost anything you want in life. There are millions of distracting things in the world trying to scare you, take you off course, and emotionally destabilize you. Don’t let them.

Instead, ask: “What is the most important thing I can do for myself and others? How can I contribute?” You get rewarded in life based on your contribution and what you actually give. If you produce more than you consume, you will almost always be in a great position.
