As a Business Owner and Entrepreneur, you want to bring people into your Business in a way where you know what your Clients want and you help them get there. If you know where people are and where they want to go, it’s your responsibility to develop an EASY plan and path for them to get where they want to go. It IS ultimately THEIR responsibility to do what they want once they come into your playground. You’re not forcing anybody to do anything, of course. But it IS your responsibility to help guide them along the way…
You can have an amusement park in the middle of the night with sidewalks to get to the rides, but if there are no lights, you’re going to have people walking off in all directions. You can say, “But we have all the rides here and everything!” Yes, but no one can see them.
You have to make it easier for people to see what it is they are already telling you they want. Clients are coming to you for perspective. They are coming to you for results. And you need to provide and nurture the environment with servicing that allows that to happen easily.
