I believe that all human beings have some area of their life that causes them a lot of pain. It also causes them to fight silent battles. They build their businesses and their image, but there is this thing inside them that HURTS. What people don’t realize about a lot of really successful and wealthy people is that a lot of their success is driven by this pain and angst. No one really feels sorry for the rich guy or gal with a beautiful house on the beach – but if you got to know them and saw some of the ghosts from their past, you might think differently about their lives.
There is so much jealousy and envy that exists in the world. Realizing that every person has a certain level of consciousness that allows them to do what it is they do, makes it easier to build Rapport with them.
Think about this: How do you help someone if you resent them?
How do you help YOURSELF if you resent YOURSELF? How well do you do with something if you’re disconnected from it?
The answer: Not well.
Instead, you can start to think about how to make your Life and Business help better people’s lives. You can get paid well for this. People will appreciate you for this. People will refer you to others when you do this. The more you can make yourself Useful, the more you will meet and build relationships with a lot more people. And this doesn’t apply only to business.
It applies to parenting, dating, and every other aspect of life.
