The biggest challenge in building and growing a business is hiring the right people. It’s so important to design an infrastructure and foundation that can be built upon. Proper management and automated systems are key.
If you’re sitting on a goldmine with “too many customers”, that’s a good problem to have. Most people wish they had “too much business”! At the same time, people and companies can implode if they don’t have a solid infrastructure in place. The truth is, you can grow too big. You can have too many new customers. Not having an infrastructure can crush you.
Over the years, you’ll create a lot of success and have a lot of failures; this is the nature of Entrepreneurship. Be smart in how you spend your time, money, and energy. And remember: It’s either a “HELL YES!” or a “NO.”
Delegate to the right people. Put the right support around you. Bring in outside expertise. Cut checks to people and things that will make your business and life more stable and more E.L.F.™ – Easy, Lucrative and Fun.
Ask yourself this question: If you could wave a magic wand and have your greatest problem solved, what problem would you choose? Based on your answer to that question, you can determine WHO and WHAT can help you. You CAN grow like crazy without going crazy.
