Todoist
Todoist links with apps like Dropbox, Alexa, and Google Calendar to create a centralized hub for task management. With Todoist, you can quickly create tasks for a digital to-do list, set notifications, categorize tasks, and assign tasks.
RescueTime
RescueTime is a time-tracking app that records how you spend your time online. The app comes with reminders that alert you when you’re wasting time on a specific task and develops in depth reports about how you spend your time each day. RescueTime also provides users with a “Productivity Pulse,” or a score that measures how productive an individual or an entire team has been that day. RescueTime works across MacOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android, and ChromeOS.
Google Calendar
You’ve probably heard of this one, but it’s included nonetheless because it’s hard to beat. Google Calendar is simple, elegant, and excellent for scheduling. It is an excellent place to track milestones — things like sales and growth goals. Particularly for businesses operating with small teams in place, this can be an excellent way to stay accountable and on track. Even if you don’t have one person in charge of tracking and monitoring sales growth, the whole team will be able to see the goals and milestones you’ve set for yourselves coming.
