According to a new survey from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Small Business Index and MetLife Insurance, 77% of small-business owners say they are optimistic about the future of their business, and 62% say their business is in good health.
Most of the hard times stem from labor shortages, as well as supply shortages as big market CEOs mentioned. Running a small business requires less employees and less supply demand. Naturally, these small businesses are actually coming out on top as we near the hopeful “end” of the pandemic. Now, are you more optimistic about the future of your business?
The increased consumer spending at small businesses was just enough to carry this confidence over into the new year. When it comes to perspective, it is important to understand and believe in the capability of your business to adapt to this new norm.
