Association for Entrepreneurship USA Notice of 2024 Annual Meeting of Members

The 2024 Annual Meeting of the Members of the Association for Entrepreneurship USA (“AFEUSA”) will be held on date/time and at the location shown above, and any adjournment or postponement thereof.  The meeting will be held for the following purposes:

1. To elect Directors to serve until the next Annual Meeting of the Members or until their successors shall have been duly elected and qualified; and
2. To transact such other business as may properly come before the Annual Meeting of the Members and any adjournment or postponement thereof.

Only members listed on AFEUSA’s records at the close of business on November 29, 2024, the record date, are entitled to notice of the Annual Meeting and to vote at the Annual Meeting.  Members of AFEUSA holding ten percent (10%) of the votes entitled to be cast, in person or by proxy, constitute a quorum.  The vote of the majority of the votes entitled to be cast by the members present, or represented by proxy, at a meeting at which a quorum is present, shall be the act of the members.  Each member is entitled to one vote for each director nominee and one vote for each other item to be voted on at the Annual Meeting.  

All members are cordially invited to attend the meeting in person; however, you may sign, date and return a proxy card, whether or not you plan to attend the meeting.  A proxy form is available on AFEUSA’s website at https://www.afeusa.org.  You may mail the proxy card to AFEUSA, 16427 N Scottsdale, Az 85254 or email a copy to info@afeusa.org. For your proxy card to be valid it must be received by AFEUSA no later than December 9, 2022.  For any questions, send emails to info@afeusa.org
