Lee was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. Lee was an all-around athlete in high school, and on the Arizona state champion tennis team as a senior. Lee graduated at Brigham Young University, and later earned his law degree at Arizona State University. After several years practicing law, Lee changed focus and worked with a prominent business broker in Phoenix, becoming involved in growing businesses and providing strategic planning, including franchised businesses like Subway. He has owned, operated, and sold several successful businesses, including a tanning salon franchising company and a solar energy business.
Jack Diehl graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering. His initial 10-year career included new factory set-up of Maverick missile seeker head assemblies and project engineering & procurement for Hughes Aircraft Missile Systems Group.
After leaving Hughes, Jack developed an auto repair operation of 9 different auto repair centers. He was responsible for initial site selections, property development, business financing, staffing, quality control and other necessary aspects of owning and operating a successful small business for over 20 years.
Originally from a rural farming community in upstate New York, Jack now lives in Tucson, AZ. His interests include domestic and international travel, motor sports and Jazz music.
Charles graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Business Administration & Marketing. After gaining experience in both real estate and securities, Charles took ownership of American Dental Plan, Arizona’s oldest dental savings benefit plan, growing it in size to tens of thousands of members and a proprietary network of over 700 participating dentists. He also vertically expanded the business model to include dental office ownership and management.
In 2011, Charles was appointed by the past two Governors of AZ and served 8 years on a newly created position on the Az Board of Dental Examiners representing business entities that own dental practices. Charles is also a published author and has consulted with a variety of small business ventures.
