  1. The main purpose of this Open Forum is to allow AFEUSA members an opportunity to ask questions as they relate to entrepreneurship and allow fellow AFEUSA members an opportunity to help answer or provide possible solutions to those questions posted.
  2. Only AFEUSA members will be allowed to post questions or answers to questions.
  3. While we certainly believe in the First Amendment, we will not allow
    1. Anything political, religious or racial slurs or threats of any kind
    2. Derogatory or slanderous comments about anyone
    3. Job opportunities or solicitations for employment
  4. All posts will be reviewed by staff at AFEUSA prior to posting on the Open Forum. It is the intent of AFEUSA to provide meaningful content. AFEUSA will not, however, decide whether the questions or answers are of value or verifiable and therefore those following the suggestions given to the posed questions accept the risks posed by acting on these suggestions.
  5. AFEUSA may pose its own questions or topics to create discussion among participants.
  6. Violations to these guidelines will result in a termination of your participation within the Open Forum.
  7. Should you feel that your post is either being removed without merit, or that you feel uncomfortable with comments or suggestions from other members that you feel are in violation of the above guidelines, you may state your concerns to the Board of Directors for review.
  8. Users of the Open Forum agree to hold AFEUSA and its employees harmless from any actions, real or implied, while utilizing the information posted on the Open Forum.
  9. AFEUSA will determine the length of time certain posts may remain in the Open Forum and whether such posts will be archived for any such reasons.
