Most people aren’t “loyal” unless there is such Value-Creation that people grant you business because they see you as one-of-a-kind. My dear friend, and Founder of Strategic Coach®, Dan Sullivan calls it a Value Creation Monopoly. This is where you don’t get business simply because you’re the only provider in town, but rather because you evidence care and offer people something they truly find valuable.

Walt Disney had this philosophy: “Do what you do so well that they will want to see it again and bring their friends.” Your system is one element. Another is how your Team treats people when those people interact with your Business.

It’s also about the environment you create, the expectation you set, the attitude you approach Customers with, and the communications you send out to connect with Customers… You want your Clients to “float” when they come in, while they are there, and when they walk out – and when they come again.

You do it by saying “Thank You”. You do it by anticipating their needs. You do it by appreciating them. Some of the greatest marketing in the world is creating an experience so amazing “they will want to see it again and bring their friends.”
