Charles, a native and fulltime resident of Phoenix, AZ, attended Arizona State University and graduated with a degree in Business Administration & Marketing. In 1992, Charles took ownership of American Dental Plan, Arizona’s oldest dental savings benefit plan with tens of thousands of members and a network of over 700 participating dentists. His responsibilities included the creation and maintenance of the proprietary provider network, fee schedule design, marketing of memberships to various groups/associations/individuals, ID card fulfillment and renewal notices, customer service issues, and provider relations. In 2011, Charles was appointed by the Governor of AZ to a newly created position by the Az Board of Dental Examiners to represent business entities that own and operate dental offices in Arizona. Throughout his career, Charles has also gained a well rounded experience in Real Estate, Securities and dental office ownership and management.

Lee was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. Lee was an all-around athlete in high school, and on the Arizona state champion tennis team as a senior. Lee graduated at Brigham Young University, and later earned his law degree at Arizona State University. After several years practicing law, Lee changed focus and worked with a prominent business broker in Phoenix, becoming involved in growing businesses and providing strategic planning, including franchised businesses like Subway. He has owned, operated, and sold several successful businesses, including a tanning salon franchising company and a solar energy business.

Mark Pyper

Mark Pyper

Mark grew up in Phoenix, and graduated from Brigham Young University. He served a two-year Mormon mission in Africa, and then earned his law degree, where he has practiced for over 20 years in civil law matters. His practices included business, real estate, civil litigation, family law, and bankruptcy. Mark was the managing member for the Resolution Trust Corporation in Phoenix, after the savings & loan crisis in the late ‘80’s.
